Ever since Amanda and Mars came on board, this complex has done a complete turn-around. They have totally cleaned up the complex and the changes they have made to the inside and outside have completely changed the atmosphere here. I hope to return soon.

I had an amazing leasing process with Amanda, she was prompt and informative. I was educated regarding site operations, to include utilization of apps associated with complex. The maintenance contact, Mars was very helpful and prompt. Mars addressed our families request efficiently. I am greatly appreciative for Peak View’s interactions and support during my transition.

Amanda is a treasure! As the face of the company, she's not only gracious and enthusiastic, but accommodating when you're in a tight corner. Compassionate with troubled tenants, and firm with the troubling ones. I've lived in the building through 3 managers and 4 property companies, and the current combination is by far the best.

I enjoy living here and I love how Amanda is fixing up the outside of our buildings. The Courtyard is wonderful with a tree newly planted and shrubs around the outsides of the buildings, looking good.

I just wanted to say I’ve lived here now for almost 2 years. It’s been pretty good Living here and one of the things that makes it good is maintenance Cliff the maintenance gentlemen makes an effort to make sure your work is done. Good fast and proper anytime I’ve ever had a problem, it’s gotten fixed and fixed well and fixed with a smile, which is a big difference from the previous places I’ve lived where things didn’t get fixed or fixed rotten or fix with an attitude. I would highly recommend the property because of this thank you.
